RUC: Event Management - Introduction week 1 Sept 6, 2011 Instructor: Jwheels Carver Time: 4:15pm - 7pm Location This is your introduction to the Event Management class at Rockcliffe University. Today we will go over a brief outline of everything you will learn in this series Such as finding a venue, booking an artist, venue management and dealing with agents. This class will include hands on experience as well as lecture. If you want to be a host/hostess, club manager, event manager or club owner this series of classes is just for you. Class will be held in voice and students will be expected to show up 45 minutes prior to an event so class can start on time Tuesday with Lauren and then JWheels Presents Tuesday, September 6th @ 5PM SLT Location Lauren is the greatest Second Life comic and she's sharing her mic with you. She has performed across the USA on various tours. Covers & originals. Genres range form dance, rock, R&B/Soul & techno and tons more. Her live shows span folk, country, rock and blues, performing both her originals songs as well as an eclectic mix of covers from many genre's and era's.
